Delivery
Dispatch starts after the cable passes inspection.
Available destinations and delivery charges are shown in Stripe Checkout when payment is enabled. We do not publish an estimated dispatch date until it is supported by supplier and incoming-batch evidence.
Paid preorders
A paid preorder allocates an incoming unit. Payment is collected at checkout, but dispatch waits until that unit has completed the applicable incoming-batch checks. You may cancel for a full refund before fulfilment starts.
Dispatch updates
We send the delivery update to the address used at checkout when the order leaves. The product page and order confirmation state whether a purchase is a paid preorder, a normal order or a Stripe test order.
Test orders
Stripe test orders move no real money and are never packed or dispatched. They exist only to verify the customer and store workflow before commercial activation.
